Each class offers focused guidance, detailed corrections and personalised exercises to help you improve your technique, confidence and movement quality.
Whether you are a beginner, an experienced dancer or a professional, one-to-one training gives you the attention and clarity that are often not possible in a group class.

AUDITION
PREPARATION
Prepare for your audition with focused training tailored to its specific requirements and your individual needs. We work on technique, performance quality, musicality, confidence and presentation, helping you enter the audition feeling prepared and able to show your full potential.
Audition choreography is not included and must be booked separately.

FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH

TECHNIQUE ASSESSMENT
The Technique Assessment is an individual session designed to evaluate your current level, technique, strengths, physical needs and areas for improvement. It allows me to understand your goals and recommend the most suitable approach for your training.
This class is mandatory for every dancer before joining a Small Group Class. As each dancer has a different background, level and body, the assessment ensures that the group training remains safe, appropriate and personalised for everyone.

SMALL GROUPS CLASSES

Train with 2, 3 or a maximum of 4 dancers in a personalised and supportive setting. Choose Ballet, Contemporary or Hip Hop and benefit from the energy of training together while still receiving individual guidance, corrections and exercises adapted to each dancer’s level and goals.
A Personalised Dance Class: Technique Assessment is mandatory for every dancer before joining. This allows me to understand each dancer’s technique, experience and individual needs, ensuring that everyone is safely and personally supported within the group.

A personalised choreography created to showcase your strongest qualities and help you stand out at your audition. I identify what makes you unique as a dancer and translate it into movement, combining your technical strengths with musicality, expression and artistic intention.
This service is usually combined with Personalised Dance Classes: Audition Preparation, where we refine your technique, performance quality and confidence before the audition.

TECHNIQUE ASSESSMENT PDF
Receive a personalised written summary of your Technique Assessment, including your strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations for your future training. This PDF gives you a clear reference to better understand your current technique and continue working toward your goals.
The PDF must be requested before your Technique Assessment class so the necessary observations can be documented during the session. Requests made after the class cannot be accepted.

PROFESSIONAL AUDITION PORTFOLIO REVIEW
A detailed review of your existing dance CV or professional portfolio before applying for jobs or auditions. I assess its content, structure and presentation, providing personalised feedback, corrections and suggestions to help you communicate your experience and strengths more effectively.
You must prepare and submit the document yourself. This service includes a professional review only; the CV or portfolio will not be written, designed or created by ONE.ON.ONE.

THE FAMILY DANCE
A personalised dance experience created for families who want to connect, have fun and make lasting memories through movement. Parents, children and siblings can enjoy a class designed around their family, with music and activities suited to everyone taking part.
